Merger
In April 2007, the successful merger of Lion Selection Group Limited and AuSelect Limited to form Lion Selection Limited was concluded. The merged company has retained the objectives of both predecessor companies, being both a venture capital and opportunistic investor while maintaining a view on the resource investment cycle. In addition, the merger has greatly enhanced Lion’s flexibility to invest in exciting and rewarding opportunities.
The company continues to have the benefits of Lion Manager’s culture and team and provide investors with a single point for investment in that team.
