Craig Smyth graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration, and has completed his Master of Applied Finance at the University of Melbourne. Craig’s financial background includes Coopers Lybrand, Credit Suisse First Boston (London) and ANZ Investment Bank. Craig is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
Craig joined Lion Selection Limited as the Financial Controller in March 2005 and was appointed Company Secretary in August 2007. In July 2009, Craig was appointed Managing Director of Lion Selection Group Limited.
Craig directly and indirectly holds 210,000 Lion shares.
