Craig Smyth graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration, and has completed his Master of Applied Finance at the University of Melbourne. Craig’s financial background includes Coopers Lybrand, Credit Suisse First Boston (London) and ANZ Investment Bank. Craig is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
Craig joined Lion Selection Limited as the Financial Controller in March 2005 and was appointed Company Secretary in August 2007.
Craig has a relevant interest in 37,000 Lion shares.
